Lao Banzhang Shu Pu-erh is a rich and satisfying ripe pu-erh made from spring 2017 tea material sourced from the Lao Banzhang region. The liquor brews a deep ruby-red color with a full body and a smooth, velvety texture. The flavor combines notes of aged wood, dark dried fruits, warm sweetness, and mature earthy undertones. The tea is flavorful and substantial without feeling overly heavy, making it suitable for both daily drinking and as an introduction to the classic Menghai style of shu pu-erh.

Produced by Menghai Zhonghong Tea Factory and pressed into a compact 80 g cake in 2020. The tea is made from spring 2017 material sourced from the Lao Banzhang area. The producer highlights its dense texture, rich aroma, and well-structured body. The 80 g format is convenient for travel, gifts, or exploring the tea without committing to a full-sized cake.
