GABA Wild Honey — Taiwanese Oolong with Natural Honey Sweetness
GABA Wild Honey is a Taiwanese oolong made from leaves harvested from wild tea bushes.
The tea goes through a special low-oxygen GABA fermentation process, which increases its natural sweetness and gives it a gentle honey-like character. The sweetness is not added — it forms naturally during fermentation.
The “honey” note appears because the leaf partially oxidizes and develops natural fruit-sugar compounds.
Это creates a soft, sweet flavor without bitterness or any flavoring. This tea is chosen for its calm character, smooth taste, and relaxing effect.
