Our Xihu Longjing comes directly from the hills above West Lake (Xihu) in Hangzhou. It is produced on a small family farm at an elevation of about 200–350 meters. The mist, humidity, and gentle sunlight create that signature sweet-creamy taste without bitterness, with notes of peanut and butter. Spring hand-picking, using only tender buds.
