Roasted Tie Guan Yin is a traditional Anxi oolong that offers a deeper and warmer version of the classic Iron Goddess of Mercy. Through careful roasting, the tea gains a richer profile with a balanced, toasty character that reflects traditional Chinese craftsmanship.

 

Aroma: Warm and toasty, with notes of caramel, roasted nuts, and light dried fruit.

Brewing guidelines:
Gongfu Cha: 4–6 g per 100–120 ml, short infusions at 80–90°C (176–195°F).
Thermos: 7–8 g per 1 L, steep 10–12 minutes.


The tea can be infused multiple times; pour out the full brew to avoid over-extraction.
