Yiwu leaf is traditionally valued for its softness, clarity, and expressive yet clean aromatic profile. In shu form, these regional traits translate into a smooth, balanced tea with stable structure and comfortable drinkability.
 
Processed using the traditional wo dui fermentation method, this tea develops a rounded, dense body without sharp fermentation edges. The character is calm, steady, and easy to return to — structured enough for experienced drinkers, yet approachable for everyday sessions.

6-8 g per 100–150 ml, 100°C (212°F), minimum 95°C (203°F).

First rinse: 10–15 seconds, discard.

Subsequent brews: start at 10 seconds, gradually increasing up to 1 minute.
