Processed using the traditional wo dui fermentation method, it develops a smooth, rounded profile with stable structure and reduced sharp astringency. The tea is suitable for drinking now and will continue to evolve gradually with proper storage.

5–6 g per 100–150 ml. Water temperature: 100°C (212°F), not below 95°C (203°F).

First rinse: 10–15 seconds, discard.

Subsequent brews: 10–15 seconds at first, then gradually increase up to 45–60 seconds.
