Light roasting combined with careful GABA processing creates a deep, rounded profile without sharp acidity or rough astringency. The taste unfolds calmly and evenly, holding its structure from the first infusion to the last.

Grown on mineral-rich volcanic soil, this oolong develops a dense texture and layered warmth that sets it apart from classic high-mountain styles. There is weight in the cup, but no heaviness — only smooth depth and a long, soft finish that lingers without sharp edges.

4–6 g per 100–150 ml, 90–95°C (194–203°F).

First rinse: 5–10 seconds, optional and very quick.

Subsequent brews: start at 8–10 seconds, gradually increasing with each brews.

The tea handles many brews. Drain each brew completely to avoid over-brewing.
