Yashi Xiang Dan Cong is a high-grade Phoenix oolong grown in the Fenghuang Mountains of Guangdong, China. Harvested from high-altitude tea trees at around 1300 meters above sea level, this tea is valued for its clarity, depth, and refined character.

The infusion is smooth and dense, with natural sweetness and a long, soft finish. The high-mountain origin gives the tea a layered and stable profile that remains expressive through multiple infusions.

Use 4-5 g of tea per 100-150 ml of water. Water temperature: 80-85°C (176-185°F).
