What is White Tea?

White tea is the least processed of all Chinese teas, made simply by drying young buds and leaves. Its minimal processing preserves the natural purity of the plant, resulting in a delicate, clean flavor. Depending on the type, it can have notes of honey, flowers, and fresh grass, often with a light sweetness that feels refreshing and pure.

There are several famous varieties of white tea. Silver Needle (Bai Hao Yin Zhen) consists only of tender buds, offering a very soft and sweet character. White Peony (Bai Mu Dan) combines buds with leaves, making it fuller and richer in taste. Shou Mei, a later-harvest tea, has a stronger body with fruity and woody notes. Each type offers a different face of this gentle category.

White tea is valued for both its flavor and health benefits. It is rich in antioxidants, known to support balance in the body, and has a naturally calming effect. Loved for its subtle energy and soothing qualities, white tea is a favorite choice for those seeking a lighter, more meditative tea experience.

Our tea? It's pure nature's art.

We bring you only the finest tea, handpicked from 2,000–6,000 feet above sea level. Up there, in the sweet spot of clean mountain air, mellow sunshine, and nutrient-packed soil, every leaf soaks up flavor, aroma, and all the good stuff your body loves. Every cup of Chinese tea is a nod to nature and tradition—served with a side of respect.
