We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, close accounts, or restrict access to our website if we believe there is fraud, abuse, payment risk, incorrect information, policy violation, inventory issue, or any other reasonable business concern.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

If your account information changes, you should update it or contact us.

Tea Drunkard is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect account information, incorrect contact details, or unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to protect your login information.


3) PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately, including tea type, origin, weight, packaging, flavor profile, brewing notes, product photos, and other details.

However, tea is a natural product and may vary from batch to batch.

Differences in aroma, taste, leaf appearance, color, compression, storage character, aging, roast level, fermentation profile, or brewing result are normal and do not automatically mean the product is defective.

Product photos are for reference only. Actual product color, packaging, shape, size, texture, label design, or appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, natural materials, supplier changes, handmade production, or packaging updates.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, product photos, pricing, availability, and product details at any time without prior notice.


4) TEA PRODUCT CONDITIONS

Tea is a food product.

For hygiene and safety reasons, tea can only be returned if it is unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original condition.

We do not accept returns or refunds for tea that has been opened, used, damaged, resealed, exposed to moisture, smoke, perfume, heat, strong odors, or otherwise altered after delivery.

Taste is subjective. We do not accept returns or refunds because a customer does not like the taste, aroma, strength, bitterness, smokiness, storage note, fermentation profile, aftertaste, or natural character of a tea.

Some teas may naturally have earthy, smoky, floral, roasted, aged, fermented, mineral, bitter, sweet, woody, herbal, or grassy notes depending on the tea type. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.


5) TEAWARE AND ACCESSORIES

Teaware, cups, teapots, tea trays, utensils, and accessories must be returned unused, clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Handmade, ceramic, clay, glass, wood, and natural material products may have small variations.

Minor differences in glaze, shape, color, texture, firing marks, natural marks, handmade details, or surface finish are normal and are not considered defects unless the item is damaged, broken, or unusable.


6) PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

Prices, discounts, promotions, shipping rates, and product availability may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product errors, description errors, shipping errors, or availability errors.

If an order is affected by an error, we may contact you, modify the order, cancel the order, or issue a refund.

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the item. Products are only reserved after checkout is completed and payment is confirmed.


7) ORDERS

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email.

Please review your order details carefully, including product selection, quantity, shipping address, apartment number, contact information, and shipping method.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at teadrunkard.shop@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been packed or shipped.

An order confirmation does not always mean that an order has been accepted. We reserve the right to review, refuse, cancel, or modify any order if necessary.


8) PAYMENT

All payments must be completed at checkout.

We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or complete banking information on our servers.

Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers.

Orders may be delayed, canceled, or held for review if payment cannot be verified, appears suspicious, or is flagged by our payment processor.

If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, or found to be unauthorized, we reserve the right to cancel the order, recover shipped products where legally permitted, restrict future purchases, or take other appropriate action.


9) ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We can only cancel an order before it has been packed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy.

If an order is canceled before shipping, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


10) SHIPPING

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment number, suite number, building number, gate code, and correct contact information when applicable.

Tea Drunkard is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, failed delivery attempts, refused packages, carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs, or events outside of our control.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless the shipping carrier specifically guarantees the selected service.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes, rerouting, cancellation, or delivery changes.

11) RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failure to pick up the package, missing delivery information, or a delivery issue caused by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

If the customer wants the order shipped again, the customer may need to pay a new shipping fee.

If the customer chooses not to reship the order, we may issue a refund for eligible items after the package is returned and inspected.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.


12) LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If tracking shows that a package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first for the most current information.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, front desk, mailroom, local post office, or the shipping carrier.

Tea Drunkard is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but missing from the delivery location.

If a package appears lost in transit, contact us at teadrunkard.shop@gmail.com. We will help review the situation, but final resolution may depend on the shipping carrier’s investigation.


13) DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, incomplete, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, clear photos of the item, clear photos of the packaging, clear photos of the shipping label, and a short description of the issue.

Do not throw away the damaged item or packaging until the issue is reviewed. The shipping carrier may require photos or inspection.

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


14) RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact us at teadrunkard.shop@gmail.com before sending anything back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Tea must be unopened and sealed.

Return method: By mail.

Return shipping cost: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


15) NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for opened tea, used tea, tea with damaged or tampered packaging, custom orders, gift cards, sale items, final-sale items, items damaged after delivery, items returned without approval, items exposed to smoke, perfume, moisture, heat, strong odors, or contamination, products returned outside the return window, or products without proof of purchase.


16) REFUNDS

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

If the return is approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.

Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If the returned item is used, opened, damaged, incomplete, missing packaging, or not in original condition, we may refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.


17) EXCHANGES

We may offer exchanges depending on product availability.

For tea, exchanges are only available if the product is unopened, sealed, unused, and in original condition.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund.


18) GIFTS

If an item was purchased as a gift, the original purchaser should contact us regarding returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the order.

19) PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER

Our tea products are sold for personal enjoyment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

20) ALLERGIES AND SENSITIVITIES
